BUNCO FOR BOOKS

The goal of Bunco for books is to kick-start the 3rd grade reading challenge by providing a book for each 3rd grade student in Dry Creek, Elverta, Orchard and West Side elementary schools.

• Dry Creek Elementary has three 3rd Grade classes

• Orchard Elementary has two 3rd Grade classes

• West Side Elementary has two 3rd Grade classes

• Elverta Elementary School has one 3rd Grade Class

 

Assuming each class has 30 students.....

 

8 3rd grade classes x 30 students x $7 per-book = $1680

​

There will be healthy finger food that will be equivalent to a wonderful traveling meal.

• Deviled Eggs                                               

• Shrimp

• Mini Quiche

• Healthy Cookies

 

There will be a no-host bar with both alcohol and non-alcohol drinks including mock-tail margaritas, strawberry daiquiris and bay breezes.
